HOW DOES IT WORK?
iCreative Remote is there for you no matter where you are. Available as a subscription or as a per-incident service, our specialists are able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve up to 80% of your technical issues. All while you’re enjoying that second cup of coffee.
The subscriptions are offered on an annual basis and also include special software that, once installed on your Mac, constantly reports back health updates about your computer to our technical team so that we can be proactive instead of reactive - we will be able to call you in advance of a hardware disaster to let you know that a problem is about to arise.
Sometimes you may just need to call us for advice on what device to purchase or to inquire about a fishy email you received or a strange error message that keeps popping up.
